By accessing or using FinManager AI ("Atlas"), including the web dashboard, Discord bot, and MCP tool integrations, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Atlas provides market data visualization, options analysis, strategy management, and AI-powered insights for educational and informational purposes. The service includes:

Stock and options data retrieval and charting
Strategy creation, editing, and sharing
AI-assisted market analysis via Discord bot and MCP tools
Read-only brokerage account viewing (via SnapTrade)

Atlas is a data visualization and analysis tool. Nothing provided by Atlas, its AI assistants, or user-shared strategies constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All information is provided "as is" for educational and informational purposes only.

We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
AI-generated analysis may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information.
Past performance shown in any analysis does not guarantee future results.
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and any resulting losses.
Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

4. Strategy Marketplace Disclaimer

STRATEGY SHARING LIABILITY

Strategies shared on the marketplace are created by individual users, not by FinManager AI. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or profitability of any shared strategy. The strategy creator is not liable for any losses you incur from using their strategy. You should paper trade or backtest any imported strategy before risking real capital. You assume all risk when importing and using any strategy.

5. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may not share your account or subscription with others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Free tier includes limited monthly requests. Paid plans provide higher limits.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly.
You may cancel at any time through the dashboard billing portal.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of strategies, journal entries, and files you create.
By setting a strategy to public, you grant other users a license to import and use it.
Journal entries are always private and never shared, even when strategies are imported.
You are responsible for ensuring your shared content does not violate laws or rights.
We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

8. Brokerage Integration

Brokerage connections are read-only through SnapTrade's secure infrastructure.
We do not store brokerage credentials, account numbers, or financial data.
We have no control over trades, transfers, or account actions.
FinManager AI assumes no liability for brokerage account activity or unauthorized access.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

FinManager AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages.
We are not liable for data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or AI errors.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Prohibited Uses

Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the service or API.
Using the service for illegal activities including market manipulation.
Sharing strategies that contain misleading or fraudulent information.
Exceeding rate limits or circumventing subscription restrictions.
Automated scraping or bulk data extraction beyond normal API usage.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
